The unfortunate side-effect of the Capitol riot

Did you know that just a couple of months ago (as of writing this) there was a massive BLM protest in Washington, all around The White House? Streets were on fire and the protest was so violent that the Secret Service took the President to the security bunker under the house for safety.

Maybe you had heard of this, but probably you didn't, especially if you do not live in the United States, like me. I certainly didn't know of this until recently. Why is that?

Because the mainstream media and politicians, especially abroad, were completely silent about it. No front page news. No heads of state public proclaiming that this is a "threat to democracy". No condemnations, no outrage, not a peep. Maybe at most there might have been a small article somewhere in the middle of some newspapers.

Did the American press make a big deal about this and call it a "threat to democracy"? Of course not. Instead, they mocked Trump for "hiding" in the bunker. No condemnation of the violent protests, no demands for law enforcement, nothing. The press, the politicians, all the leftists influencers and Twitter activists... silent.

A few days ago there was another riot in Washington, but this time by Trump supporters. They entered the Capitol building and trashed the place a bit (although the amount of destruction, according to all the photos and footage, was quite minimal in the end).

Suddenly now this is a "threat to democracy", a "coup d'etat attempt", one of the worst crimes in the history of the country. You know, because when far-leftists burn buildings, take over police stations and governmental buildings, and cause literally several billions of dollars in property damage (no exaggeration), when they are doing this with the open unambiguously stated intent to try to overthrow the current government, that's not one of the worst crimes in the history of the country nor a "threat to democracy".

The Capitol riot by those clowns, however, has a quite unfortunate side-effect, though, which will only escalate the downspiral to totalitarianism of the country.

You see, up until now for quite many years the far-leftists have been absolutely desperate for some concrete actual crimes committed by the "far right". For years they have repeated over and over the mantra that the "far right" is constantly committing crimes and how the country is unsafe for minorities because of all these "crimes" by the far right, and how they happen daily and yada yada... Yet the actual evidence of this has always been lacking.

As I have written previously, there's no better demonstration of that fact than the Twitter feeds of SJW activists who are constantly tweeting about the most minor of reports on the vaguest of evidence of "far right" activism, like some soldier being "investigated for connections to the far right" or something like that. If the crimes and violence by the "far right" were really so prevalent as they claim, the Twitter feeds of these SJWs would be stock full of links to news articles about them. Every time there's an event that appears to be an act of violence from a "far right" person towards leftists, these Twitter activists clasp into it for months and years like a drowning person to a life-buoy. They are desperate to use any story they can find, no matter how tenuous, to support their narrative.

Well, now they got it. We will not hear the end of it for years to come. Like that (actually peaceful) protest by some right-wing activists wielding tiki torches a few years back, the SJWs will now use this riot as the prime example of "right-wing violence" for years to come.

And the worst thing is that they will not only use it to bolster their claims. They will use it to support totalitarian actions to be taken.

There are already demands to increase internet censorship, especially on social media because of this event (even though they have literally zero proof that social media had anything to do with this; they don't care.) There are already Congress representatives demanding for the expulsion of Republicans from government (again, even though they have zero evidence that any of them were in any way related to the event).

I have called in many previous blog posts for the anti-SJWs to actually organize and do something effective against the raise of totalitarian leftism, even if it means resorting to dirty tactics. However, this is not the correct way of doing it. This only made everything worse, and helped accelerate the raise of leftist totalitarianism, probably by a great margin. If you want law and order, you don't attack governmental buildings, especially not the most important ones. For the foreseeable future the leftists will point to this event as a justification for their ever-increasingly totalitarian policies and the erosion of fundamental rights. The anti-SJW tactics have to erode the power of the far-left, not bolster it by giving them political ammunition. This is giving them more power on a silver platter.
