I have written in a previous post that the most dangerous cult is the one that has convinced the world that it's not a cult. Which, in this case, would be the modern far-leftist "social justice" ideology that has invaded pretty much all of academia, almost all of mainstream media, most of big industry, a good majority of governments, all the way down to even primary schools.
What makes it dangerous is that when nobody sees it as a cult, then likewise nobody sees the warning signs, and nobody criticizes it as a cult and try to fight against it, as if it were a dangerous cult. Cult deprogrammers will not seek to bring people out of the cult because they don't think it's any sort of cult at all.
There is, however, another reason why the modern "social justice" ideology is an extremely dangerous cult: Its pervasiveness and ubiquity makes it very hard for people to naturally leave.
One characteristic of cults, even those where people are extremely indoctrinated and entrenched into, is that if someone is taken out of the cult and lives in normal society for long enough, the cult will eventually have less and less of an effect on that person who, perhaps, might even start reconsidering, after enough time has passed.
One of the core tactics of cults is that of reinforcement: The convictions, beliefs and indoctrination of the cult members must be "reinforced" frequently and at regular intervals (preferably daily). This keeps the doctrine and convictions fresh in the minds of the cultists, and reminds them why they are part of the cult, and keeps doubts and criticism out.
However, take a person away from the cult for long enough, remove the daily reinforcement completely, and have that person live in a normal non-cult environment, and when enough time passes that person is very likely to start doubting. The convictions will weaken, the doctrine will fade, the social interactions with non-cultists will start taking their place, and it's quite likely that eventually the person will have been "deprogrammed", just like that. Depending on the strength of the indoctrination it may take years, perhaps even a decade, but eventually it will likely happen. Eventually the person is likely to become an "atheist" so-to-speak, with respect to that cult.
However, the situation is quite different with the modern "social justice" cult: And that's the staggering spread, pervasiveness and ubiquity of their presence and doctrine. No matter where you go, especially in certain countries, you can't escape it. It's everywhere. It's in schools, it's in the workplace, it's likely in the local government, it's in television, it's everywhere in social media, in some places it's regularly even blaringly displayed in the streets, everywhere.
A cultist who has been indoctrinated into this will never be isolated from the "reinforcement" of the doctrine for long, no matter where he or she may be. The cultist will constantly be reminded of the doctrine, and it will be constantly refreshed, and the cultist will constantly get psychologically rewarded for following the doctrine.
There's a reason why they want the yearly month-long parades. There's a reason why they want the "representation" everywhere. There's a reason why they want it displayed in all forms of media, online and offline, for people to display their "preferred pronouns" and so on and so forth. It's all reinforcement for the cultists.
That's what makes the modern "social justice" cult one of the most dangerous cults that has ever existed in the entire history of humanity.
