In 2013 a report was submitted to the director of the United States Department of Defense called "The strategic consequences of Chinese racism: A strategic asymmetry for the United States."
The report describes how China is not only deeply nationalistic and outright racist, but that in fact the government of the country pretty much effectively embraces the racism, promoting the idea of the Chinese people being superior to, especially, black African people. The report contrasts this with the "multiculturalism" of the West, especially the United States.
The report surmises that the unity that state-encouraged ultra-nationalism and outright racism can potentially make China a dangerous force against the United States, which is weakening more and more, year after year, because of the racial conflicts, infighting and demoralization of people.
The Chinese government wants their citizens to feel proud of their country and their race, so that the entire country is unified under one strong cohesive culture and set of ideals, where everybody works in unison for the same goals, rather than the country becoming weak because of infighting. When people can trust each other, and when they have a sense of camaraderie and a common purpose, the country becomes stronger. Ironically, blatant overt racism in China makes the Chinese people more culturally and ideologically cohesive and unified. Rather than fight against racism, China embraces it.
In contrast, the West, especially the United States, is becoming less and less unified and cohesive by the year, with infighting, distrust, animosity and shame against one's own country and culture escalating more and more. To ever-increasing extents there's no pride about one's one nation anymore, there's no pride about the people of the country, and one's own culture. People become more and more disillusioned, demoralized, scared, and afraid of each other, and resentful and hateful of each other. Working together towards a unified goal is becoming less and less of a thing, replaced by animosity, distrust and constant infighting.
China knows this perfectly well, and is watching patiently as the West crumbles and destroys itself because of the infighting and the ludicrously large flood of foreigners into the Western countries. China doesn't need to plan an invasion of the West because they see that the West is falling on its own, and all that China needs to do is to simply wait for it to happen.
The United States Department of Defense also knows this, as demonstrated by the report. But even the DoD is probably pretty powerless to do anything about it. Even the DoD is not strong enough to stop the tsumani of "wokism" that's flooding the country, and the West in general.
Russia also knows this perfectly well, as demonstrated by speeches by Vladimir Putin. Also Russia is just playing the waiting game, watching as the West destroys itself. Like China, also they don't have to do anything but just wait and watch.
After the Western world crumbles and destroys itself, China and Russia will become the superpowers of the world. The most powerful countries. They will dominate the rest of the world economically and militarily if needed.
