In the United States and the UK people are violently rioting on the streets, looting, setting buildings on fire, and assaulting people. In the UK they are destroying statues and other relics of British culture. In the US large groups of white people are virtue-signaling by bowing down to black people and asking them for forgiveness (even though not a single one of those white people has ever done anything to anybody). In many of the cities where these things are happening, the city officials are fully backing up the vandalism and destruction of cultural symbols. Hundreds and hundreds of megacorporations are supporting and endorsing the protests, riots and destruction. Protesters everywhere, especially in the US, are threatening to destroy everything.
And society is placating to them. Officials are placating to them. Corporations are placating to them.
This is a glimpse to the future of the western world. Like all zealots, the more power they get, the hungrier they'll get for more power. The more concessions and platitudes they are given, the more they will want. This is only going to escalate.
If you live in one of these "progressive" western countries, expect all this becoming worse and worse. Things might be slightly quiet down for a little while, but once the zealots get a taste of power, they will eventually want more of it. The more they succeed in their activism, the more emboldened they will feel.
Expect the history and culture of your country to be destroyed. Expect everything that's symbolic of your country and culture to be destroyed. Expect violence, discrimination and bolder and bolder demands. Expect government officials and law enforcement to back up the zealots, not you, until everything is destroyed.
That's the direct stated goal of the zealots. It's not like they are pretending that they don't want to destroy anything. They openly state, eg. on their official websites and funding pages, that their main goal is to destroy western culture and society. They want everything gone.
And megacorporations and governments are backing them up (to their own detriment, but the urge to virtue-signal is too strong for them to realize it).
Enjoy for peaceful life for as long as it's going to last. It's not going to last forever.
i live in Turkey i am far away from these self destruction craziness but I still worry these mindless protesters & destructors would cost the world a heavy price at the end paving the way for more oppressed regimes take place such as China and Russia instead of more (were) open societies such as usa and Europe.
