The great irony of SJW activist Twitter feeds

I sometimes (quite rarely, for my own sanity, but sometimes), just for the fun of it and out of curiosity, skim through the Twitter feed of some big-name hard-core social justice warrior activist. If because of nothing else, as an "armchair psychologist", to see a glimpse of the mind of a deeply indoctrinated quasi-religious zealot.

I recently skimmed through the Twitter feed of one Tim Wise, who is a real big name among SJWs, especially SJW universities (like Harvard), and apparently a full-time SJW activist with pretty much no other job.

It's funny how SJWs talk about "hate", and how it's the most horrible thing in the world. Hate this, hate that. "Hate" should be banned, punished, shunned, shamed. Yet you only need to read through that Twitter feed to get nothing but pure unadultered hate, in all of its forms.

Without any exaggeration, that man is obsessed. Reading through his Twitter feed is like staring into an abyss of obsessive madness. Pretty much every single post oozes absolute hatred and contempt. He is, unsurprisingly, absolutely obsessed with Trump and "white supremacists", and seems completely incapable of talking about anything else. Pretty much every single post is in one way related to those two subjects, directly or indirectly. (Out of curiosity I searched for the word "white" from among the tweets of one single month, and there were almost 200 hits. From what I saw, not a single instance of the use of that word was unrelated to race, or in any way positive.)

And, of course, like any obsessed person, he's quite copious about it. I counted about a dozen tweets per day as the average. On one occasion I counted a whopping 47 tweets, all posted during one single day. And, obviously, every single one of them either about Trump, "white supremacists", or a topic closely related to either one. Pretty much every single one filled with oozing hatred, contempt and glee.

He is the kind of SJW who supports physical violence against "white supremacists", and thinks that white people, all white people, are a destructive sub-species. And he never misses the opportunity to gloat about some minor news story about someone being investigated for "racism" or "white supremacist" opinions.

So, what is this "great irony" I mentioned in the title of this blog post?

It's actually related to that last part I mentioned. A good portion of his Twitter feed is gloating about yet another "white supremacist" being investigated or punished by the authorities, or otherwise found out. No matter how minor the story, he would tweet about it, rooting for it and wanting more of it.

In almost none of those examples had an actual crime been committed. Whoever it was, he was usually only "investigated" for some tenuous "ties to white supremacist groups" or "making hateful posts" or something. Nothing more than that, with the exception of just a couple of more serious incidents of an actual crime having been committed (usually physical violence).

The irony here is that if the narrative of these SJWs were true that "white supremacists" and "neonazis" are everywhere, and constantly committing acts of violence and other crimes against immigrants and minorities, people like Tim Wise would be all over it, constantly writing about these incidents, every single time it happens, giving example after example after example, non-stop. Their twitter feeds would be stock full of these incidents.

Yet, they aren't. From the past 4 or so months of his twitter feed, I saw like about a dozen tweets about these news stories, and only one or two were about an actual crime (all the others were just someone being "investigated" for "ties to group X" or something like that.)

If these racist crimes by neonazis and "white supremacists" were so common as the SJWs claim, you can be damn sure their twitter feeds would be full of tweets about these incidents. Yet, they aren't.

Their own twitter feeds are, highly ironically, a quite clear indication that these types of crimes are exceedingly rare. They are so rare that they have to cling to the most tenuous small news stories that there are about some tenuous "investigations" about some individual eg. in the military or whatever having some "ties" to whatever group, or having posted something "offensive". You can be damn sure that if there were actual violent crimes being committed, the SJWs would be all over it. They are themselves proving quite clearly that these crimes are really, really rare, with their own Twitter activism. The anti-SJW skeptics don't even have to do much investigation themselves, because the SJW activists are, unwittingly, doing this investigation for them. Which is the great irony.

  1. This stuff is very strange, it's worth tring understand I think. I saw a few SJW's protesting rape culture at BYU, that's in Utah (theywere also protesting BYU's honor code, they have much more stricter rules as this is Mormon central). Provo Utah has some of the lowest crime rates in the country. It just seem so obvious they are clearly not actually protesting about rape as this is one of the safest universities in the world. This is what I think they were actually saying. As a woman primal unconscious urges justify my actions and it’s unlawful to question any assumed privilege or feeling I have. The goal of this is the abdication of responsibility, the tool is guilt and shame manipulation, the method is destroying the reputation of conscientious men or women who take responsibility and tell the truth.
