Netflix and Brie Larson get triggered by random individual

How do you know someone has severe insecurities and self-esteem problems? When that someone is a world-famous big-name multi-millionaire renowned actress, and she gets so triggered by the Twitter comment of some random nobody dude that she feels the need to defend herself by listing her own film industry credits as a response and in her defense.

Well, at least that's pretty much effectively what happened. A random dude in Twitter, with something like 350 followers (which is quite small compared to someone like Brie Larson), wrote a random tweet expressing his opinion about a movie directed by Larson, and for some unfathomable reason the official Netflix Twitter account decided to respond to that random tweet by doing nothing more than listing Larson's film industry credits ("58 acting credits, 53 award nominations" etc.) Brie Larson proceeded to retweet that Netflix tweet, effectively defending herself against the comment by touting her own horn and listing her own credits.

Unsurprisingly, what followed was pretty much a coordinated mass harassment campaign against this random dude. And not just by anonymous twitter users, but by several major online newspaper publications. And not just some obscure Hollywood newspapers, but some really major ones, including Time Magazine. It eventually forced this guy to make his Twitter account private.

For years and years the regressive left has been campaigning against, and promoting the criminalization of online harassment. Have any of these people, including the major news outlets, got any repercussions from this coordinated mass harassment campaign? Of course not. Because it's A-ok when they do it.

So, finally, the crucial question: What exactly did this guy write? Was it a horrendously sexist misogynist scathing rant against Brie Larson, telling that women should go to the kitchen and go make children and leave these jobs to men? Was the tweet full of insults, name-calling and derogatory comments against Larson?

Nope. This is exactly what he wrote:
"Lol this looks like bleh. Take notes from Jonah Hill, who was mentored by Martin Scorsese, and took years before he made his directorial debut out of respect for the artistry of film and the position of director. This seems like she's just riding Captain Marvel's wave."
That's it. This is a completely mild minor personal opinion, by some really small nobody on Twitter (not even "blue checkmarked"). And Brie Larson felt the need to defend herself against it by listing all of her filming career accomplishments (and which resulted in a mass online harassment campaign against this guy).

Talk about having self-esteem issues.
