Trump Derangement Syndrome is rather unique

There is a quite a lot happening in the modern world that's pretty much unprecedented in human history, ie. at no point during the entire history of humanity have such things happened, especially not at this scale (such as a very significant portion of a particular ethnic group hating their own ethnicity and celebrating its possible disappearance from the face of Earth, a large group of countries trying to destroy themselves by bringing in as many foreign nationals as they possibly can, the mainstream media at large spending over half a decade defaming one individual person non-stop every single day without pause in peace time, and so on and so forth.)

One particular psychological phenomenon also seems rather unique. Well, perhaps not unique in the entire history of humanity, but at a very minimum unique in the present. And that's what many have given the moniker "Trump Derangement Syndrome" (TDS).

This "TDS" presents a multitude of symptoms, but one of them is something I witnessed first-hand some time ago when watching some gamer's Twitch stream (it was a couple of years ago, so Trump was still President). In the context of something I don't remember now he mentioned, completely in passing, some tariff that Trump's administration had introduced, which affected something he wanted to do. That's everything the streamer did: Just mention once that tariff enacted by the Trump administration, and that's it. He didn't talk about it in more detail, he didn't talk about Trump or his administration, and he wasn't even being critical of Trump, his administration, or the tariff itself (other than, perhaps, very briefly lamenting its existence). He proceeded to talk about something else entirely, completely unrelated, and never came back to that topic.

But the mere brief mention of Trump caused all hell to break lose in the chat. It didn't take even a minute for the chat to devolve into a full-on flamewar with people going on anti-Trump tirades. And it went on, and on, and on, and it just didn't stop. I got so tired of watching it that I stopped watching the stream and went to something else.

And all that was triggered by merely mentioning Trump's name, and that's it. The streamer wasn't even criticizing Trump. He just uttered his name once, and that's it.

And this is, by far, nothing unusual. This exact same thing happened, and still happens to this day, in all kinds of places, situations and contexts: You simply have to mention Trump's name, no matter what the context or what tone you use, and it will trigger people into going into insane anti-Trump tirades. Just that name alone will make the Trump Derangement Syndrome trigger in people's brains and cause them to go berserk.

What makes this phenomenon rather unique? Well, can you think of any other person who causes this kind of thing? Is there any other person that, if you just mention his or her name, would cause this, especially this commonly and universally?

You can mention the worst people in existence, like Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Nicolae Ceaușescu, or any other such person, and it's extremely unlikely it will cause people to go into such tirades. Most likely it will cause no conversation at all, and even if some conversation does happen, it will be nothing like those anti-Trump tirades.

And it's even more curious because Trump didn't actually do anything to warrant such tirades. He has been painted as a horrible person, based on nothing, ie.defamed, and people have been so deeply indoctrinated into that idea that they just can't shut up about it, even though they can't show any actual evidence of demonstrable wrongdoing (much unlike with all those actual dictators and tyrants).
