The majority of leftist protesters don't know what they are protesting

There are numerous YouTube videos out there where someone goes to one of the millions far-leftist protests and asks people who are there what exactly they are protesting and why, and surprisingly (well, not that surprisingly) few can give a clear-cut coherent answer. They might give some kind of generic "ripped from the headlines" answer, but that's about it. Whenever asked for any details (for example what exactly the person they are protesting has said that they object to) they are very rarely able to give an answer.

The fact is that at least 99% of people in far-leftist protests are what could be called "recruited" or "hired" protesters. They aren't there because they found out about that particular thing, thought about it, and thought that it was something they wanted to protest, and then found on their own that a protest was being organized and decided on their own to participate.

Instead, the vast, vast majority of people in these protests are there because they were called, summoned, to protest. Either via some kind of discussion forum or other form of mass communication (such as fliers posted on campus notification boards), by being directly asked eg. in a classroom or group meeting or the like, or even with personal emails if they are in some kind of email list for such things.

And they didn't go to the protest after careful consideration of the arguments being presented and making a decision. They go there because they have been conditioned to do so, on demand. They have been trained to do so. They are essentially brainwashed drones acting as reserve forces, ready to be summoned to whatever random leftist protest happens to be somewhere within traveling distance. They get a notification in one way or another that an important protest is happening at some place at some time, and they arrive there, often with just an extremely cursory knowledge of what is it that they are actually protesting. They don't even care what they are protesting, as long as it's for the cause. Whatever it is, it must be worth protesting because they are told so, and they obey like the trained dogs they are.

When they arrive, many of them are handed signs and placards, made by someone else, for them to carry around. (There are several hilarious videos where they are asked what the sign says, and they have to actually check it and read it, because seemingly they didn't even pay attention to what they were handed. It could have been pretty much anything.)

They aren't there because of their own choice, after having carefully considered what is happening and whether it's worth protesting. They are there because they were summoned, and they literally don't care about the details. To them it must be worth protesting because they were told it's worth protesting. They don't make judgments on it, nor start questioning whether it's actually something they want to protest.

And thus, when they are asked about details, they don't really know what to answer.

No wonder they are constantly being instructed to not to talk to anybody who they think is not on their side.
