I have for quite a while now come to the serious conclusion that modern far-leftists are psychopaths. Actual bona fide psychopaths who are incapable of feeling true empathy. That's not a metaphor, or hyperbole, or an exaggeration, or just using the word as a random insult with no regard to what it actually means. I'm being 100% serious.
If they had actual empathy, they would be at least bothered by over 40 million babies being murdered by their mothers and doctors every single year. Most of them are not.
If they had actual empathy, they would not celebrate the murder of Charlie Kirk. Even if they heavily opposed what he was saying, they would heavily condemn his murder.
If they had actual empathy, they would not consider 50 million people on their own side dying for the cause to be acceptable (or any other 50 million people being killed at all.)
If they had actual empathy, they would not wish violence and death against the children of their opposition.
If they had actual empathy, they would not make tasteless jokes about killing babies, and consider it "hilarious" afterwards.
If they had actual empathy, they would not ignore victims of rape and outright bring those victims back to their rapists.
If they had actual empathy, they would not turn on their own the microsecond that someone shows any sign of dissent or makes a mistake, and start sending death threats and death wishes to them. If they had actual empathy, they would not do the same to a "trans" person who "detransitions" and stops being "trans".
They pretend like they feel "empathy", but it's just that: Pretending. That "empathy" is 100% performative and 100% conditional, and they will stop "feeling" it the microsecond that the person stops being useful to them or shows any dissent or makes any mistake. In fact, they can't even understand what true empathy is. Their "empathy" is exactly what that actual psychopaths fake all the time.
