Rupert Lowe, a member of the UK parliament, recently released the results of his team's investigation into the absolutely massive amount of abuse of underage girls in the country that has been going on for over two decades, with an estimated amount of victims of 250 thousand. And that's a minimum estimate, the ones that the authorities have records of.
That's right. Not 250 victims. 250 THOUSAND victims. And that's the number of victims, not even the number of rapes. The number of rapes is probably in the millions, as many of these girls were abused for years and years.
What's most shocking is that not only did law enforcement and social service workers not do anything about it even when directly reported by the victims themselves, in many cases they outright helped the perpetrators. At some "safe houses" the staff literally provided children to the rapists, handing them over to them, fully knowing what the perpetrators were doing. In several cases when victims went to a hospital because of having been physically abused and injured, and the hospital staff did not even ask any questions nor reported to the police.
Not that that would have helped much anyway because the cops were likewise fully complicit. Not only did they refuse to do anything about it, but in several cases they outright returned the victims to the criminals rather than the parents of the victims. And they did so explicitly knowing what the victims were saying about the criminals, and how they have been abusing and sexually assaulting them.

Many people are completely baffled and ask: How is this even possible? Why would police officers, social workers and hospital staff not only ignore the victims but outright help the perpetrators?
Well, I have the answer, and I have been saying this for almost a year now:
Because they are psychopaths. That's why.
Once again: This is not hyperbole, exaggeration, a random insult, or some kind of knee-jerk reaction. I'm being 100% serious. They are literal actual psychopaths. Psychopaths are incapable of feeling empathy for other people, and they are mentally damaged and sick. They might be able to pretend like they care about people, but time and again they show that they actually don't, because they are actually incapable of doing it. And this is exactly the kind of monstrosity that's the result.
These psychopathic monsters do not belong in those positions of power. All the police officers, social service workers and hospital staff that did this belong in prison and mental institutions, where they cannot harm any more people. They should all be put on trial and thrown in jail for their entire lives. And this is not hyperbole or exaggeration either: I'm being 100% serious.
