Can a man get pregnant? No!

By definition!

Humans are mammals, which are sexually reproducing animals. Sexual reproduction involves exactly two, and only two, individuals from the same species, which have very different and distinctive non-exchangeable roles in the process, which they have been born with.

The type of individual that has the biology necessary to get pregnant and give birth is called "female". The type of individual that's the counterpart to this, and does not have the biology necessary to get pregnant and give birth is called "male".

When it comes to humans, we have a name for an adult female: "Woman." We also have a name for an adult male: "Man."

Thus, by definition, a man cannot get pregnant. By the definition of the word "man".

(A woman has the biology necessary to get pregnant. Sometimes a disease, a birth defect, an injury or other type of abnormal circumstance may cause that particular individual to be incapable of actually becoming pregnant and/or give birth, but that doesn't make her any less of a woman. She still has the genetic coding to have been born and grown into a woman, even if an unfortunate circumstance has prevented her body from fully functioning in this regard. This is no different from, for example, a blind person or a deaf person still being a human. An unfortunate negative health effect does not change who or what someone is.)

If you claim that "a man can get pregnant" then you are changing the definition of the word to something that it never meant.

Why take an existing word and change its meaning? What for? Why not come up with a new word to describe what you want to express? Why do you need to appropriate an existing one and change its meaning? For what purpose? (And, most importantly, why do you want to enforce this new meaning via political pressure, intimidation, shunning, discrimination and violence? Why is it so important?)
