Some weeks ago I wrote about how school teachers in the United States, who for years have been indoctrinating their students into far-leftist ideology mostly in secret, behind the closed doors of the classroom, and against curriculum, have in recent months become completely open about it, and determined to teach these things completely regardless of what the parents want, or even what the law may say. So far so that several teachers unions in the country have openly declared that if any of their members get sued for breaking the law on this issue, they have special funds dedicated to fighting it in court, and that they are ready to fight in court. They will teach far-leftist ideology to their students and there's absolutely nothing that will stop them. Not the parents, not even the government itself.
I would like to amend that post by noting that, in fact, not all school teachers agree. There has lately been a surge of teachers quitting their job in protest, because they are being forced to teach these things to their students, whether they want it or not.
And not only that. Several such teachers have described that not only are they forced to teach these things, they are themselves forced to agree with everything being taught. One such teacher, for example, expressed how she was forbidden from disagreeing with anything that was being taught, anywhere, even in her free time outside the school. She was literally forbidden by the school from showing any sort of dissent, even when she was not on the job, outside the school.
The level of totalitarianism is just astonishing.
