The Democratic Party of the United States got their way, and they have now started the congressional hearings and investigation on the riot that happened in the Capitol building on the 6th of January.
I don't even know why they are bothering. It will just be the same kind of kangaroo court as all the other investigations and impeachment trials they have done in the past couple of years. To them it's a foregone conclusion. It doesn't matter what comes up in the hearings and investigations. They don't care what comes up in the hearings and investigations. They have already made up their minds, just as with Trump's impeachment, and there's absolutely nothing that could change it. They could literally be shown anything, and it wouldn't change their minds. These hearings are nothing but yet another farce, just a show trial by a complete kangaroo court which is merely going through the motions to have an appearance of doing things by the book, even though they have already decided in their minds what the conclusion is, and there's nothing that could change their minds. It's all just a circus and a complete farce, and they are all just clowns.
Now, imagine if the situation on January 6th would have been the exact reverse of what it was.
In other words, imagine if it had been Trump who had won the election, it would have been Biden who gave a speech where he tells his listeners to go to the Capitol to protest, and it would have been leftists who would have rioted inside the Capitol building in the exact same way, with the exact same results. In other words, everything identical, except the political parties switched around.
Do you think that the Democratic Party would be calling it "a threat to democracy" and an attack "worse than 9/11", and demanding Biden to be thrown in jail, and demanding investigations and hearings? Do you think that the FBI would be investigating every single person who entered the building, including illegally getting their banking details without a warrant? Do you think that the leftist mainstream media would be condemning it and likewise calling it "a threat to democracy", and demanding those who participated to be thrown in jail and the entire Democratic Party and its representatives to be held accountable, and for Biden to be thrown in jail?
Not in a million years.
On the contrary, especially the mainstream media would have defended the rioters. The mainstream media would have attacked, defamed and condemned the police officer who shot one of the rioters to death. I am 100% certain that many Democrat representatives would have publicly lauded and supported the rioters. Or, at a very minimum, they would have completely diminished the severity of the event and dismissed its significance and the damage that was done to the building.
This is all just fabricated outrage, 100%. It's just trying to conjure something that doesn't exist, out of thin air.
The sad thing is that history is written by the victors, and they may well win this and get to write the history books. Completely fictional events may end up becoming official history.
(One has to wonder how much of known official history is actually fictional, fabricated, or exaggerated for political purposes.)
