More people are legally and deliberately murdered worldwide in one single year than the total amount of people murdered by the Nazi regime during its entire existence. In just two years more people are legally and deliberately murdered worldwide than the Soviet Union killed people in total during its entire existence.
There is no genocide, no holocaust, in the entire history of humanity that surpasses the amount of people deliberately and legally killed worldwide in just a couple of years.
And just like with those atrocities, the people being killed are completely innocent of any wrongdoing. They haven't committed any crimes (in fact, they are literally incapable of committing any crimes), they have done absolutely nothing wrong, and the reason why they are killed has nothing to do with with they may nor may not have done. Just like with those other atrocities, they are being murdered just because some people don't like them and don't want them around.
Dehumanization of the victims is a common characteristic to all of those. "They aren't even human" (and thus it's ok to kill them) is the go-to excuse. In some ways that makes it even worse: Trying to justify the mass murders by removing some inherent characteristic from the victims, in this case their very humanity, and thus trying to justify the removal of their most fundamental human rights.
And in later decades it has become particularly obnoxious, astonishing and outright abhorrent that this mass murder itself is being claimed to be a fundamental "human right". I don't think even the Nazis claimed that killing Jews is a fundamental human right (they might have thought that it's "the right thing to do", but I doubt they ever claimed that it was outright a human right.)
The sheer scale of this holocaust is beyond belief. It's estimated that about 29% of all pregnancies worldwide end in abortion. 73 million abortions are performed every single year, year after year, and this has been going on for several decades now. That's a staggering amount. As mentioned, even the Nazis didn't kill as many people during their entire existence as are being murdered worldwide in one single year. Not even close. (Only the Soviet Union might have surpassed that total death count during its existence, but we only have to look at two years of abortions and even the Soviets couldn't surpass that.)
There are some people saying that if you are alive today, you are an abortion holocaust survivor.
Given that about 29% of all pregnancies end in abortion, that's actually not an exaggeration. Particularly if you were born in the 80's and later, and the younger you are, you had an almost 30% chance of having been murdered before you were even born. You are literally a holocaust survivor.
