Andrew Tate is the designated scapegoat of the UK government

For several decades Sweden was the "rape capital" of Europe. In other words, most rapes per capita of all European countries.

For several years now, however, the UK has surpassed Sweden also on this front, and by quite a margin at that.

The approach to this problem by these governments has been a bit different, though. While the Swedish government (and their lapdogs, ie. the mainstream media) engaged in an extremely strong policy of denial and censorship, the UK government, while also doing that to some extent, has instead opted for deflection, gaslighting and scapegoating.

Perhaps the systemic rape problem in the UK is too big to ignore, and thus they aren't outright denying it. Instead, what they are doing is deflecting and gaslighting: Who, according to the UK government, are to be blamed for the rape epidemic and the UK having become the "rape capital" of Europe?

British teenage school boys. That's who.

I'm not even kidding.

But still, that's too vague of a scapegoat. They need an actual face for the scapegoat. Someone for the public to hate and blame. I'm quite certain that they would love to blame Donald Trump for it, but I suppose that for various political and logical reasons they can't really do that. Elon Musk doesn't really fit the bill so well either.

So who has the UK government chosen as their designated scapegoat for the rape epidemic? One Andrew Tate. He is to blame! He is the one corrupting the British youth into becoming rapists! (Never mind that native British teenagers commit almost zero rapes and 99.99% of them are completely innocent of any wrongdoing. That doesn't matter!)

And, thus, rather than address the actual reason and the actual culprits, they are scapegoating Andrew Tate and British teenager school boys, and will be subjecting them to retraining camps, brain washing and humiliation rituals. For things that they have not done and are in no way guilty of.

The UK government should normally be laughed out of the room for antics like this. However, quite sadly, this kind of gaslighting and deflection does work for a good portion of the population.

You see, like in so much of the west, a huge chunk of the UK population has also been brainwashed into being morbidly afraid of being deemed "racists", and are thus trying to find any excuse they can muster to explain away the egregious and glaring problems that the masses of immigrants are causing. And what do you know, now official sources, the government of the United Kingdom, is giving them that excuse! Zealots are all too happy to take anything the government gives them if it aligns with their views, and will happily refer to it if questioned. After all, official sources say it, so it must be true! And anybody who disagrees is just a stupid conspiracy theorist, a racist, and a horrible far-right extremist!

And, unfortunately, there's probably pretty much nothing that Mr. Tate himself can do about it. While an individual suing a government (even a foreign one) is not unheard of, sometimes even successfully at some level, this particular situation is probably too fuzzy and too ambiguous and with too much plausible deniability, and with too little go be gained or remedied, that it's probably not even worth trying, unfortunately.
