January 6th 2021 might become one of the largest hoaxes ever perpetrated

January 6th was the day when some morons decided to forcefully enter the Capitol building and trash the place in protest of the election results.

By "hoax" I don't mean that it didn't happen, or that it wasn't a bunch of retarded conservatives / Republicans who perpetrated it. Of course that happened.

By "hoax" I mean the narrative that the far left in America, starting with and very much including the entirety of the Democratic Party, created around the riot.

It was just a riot. Some completely unarmed idiots entering a governmental building and trashing the place. (In fact, compared to many far-leftist riots it was quite tame in comparison. The most damage they did was to break a few pieces of furniture and throw office material around. Pretty much nothing that a few hours of work from a cleaning team wouldn't completely fix. The amount of actual property damage was very moderate compared to those far-leftist riots.)

However, this is not the picture that the American political left is pushing. And they are pushing their own version of it very, very, very hard, at full blast. A campaign of make-it-true-by-sheer-repetition. They keep repeating it over and over and over. And, rather naturally, the mainstream media and major publications like Wikipedia are fully on board, gladly repeating all these fabricated narratives about it.

Because that's what it is: Just a fabricated narrative. Fabricated outrage. They are calling it "an insurrection", they are calling it "even worse than 9/11" and "the worst attack on American democracy ever perpetrated" and "the darkest moment in American history".

Many of them are still, to this day, talking about the people who the "insurrectionists" killed (when in fact, they didn't kill a single person. There was only one death during the riot, and the victim was one of the rioters, shot by a police officer.) They are really pushing this narrative that these people, with direct orders by Donald Trump, engaged in an "insurrection" and "coup d'etat attempt" in order to overthrow the government and the democratic process.

Which is just idiotic. They weren't armed. They weren't trying to overthrow or take over anything. They were just rioting in protest of the election results, and happened to select the absolutely worst place to do that. They were idiot rednecks trashing a building, not some kind of paramilitary group trying to take over the government.

(Note that not a single person involved in the event has been prosecuted for insurrection. Not one. Yet the Democratic Party still constantly calls it an "insurrection", again and again. They don't have a shred of evidence to support that claim, but they don't care.)

Not to throw away the chance to play the victim card, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez infamously claimed several times, including in several interviews, how she was in her office during the riot and how she was fearing for her life, and how the rioters starting banging on her door shouting threats.

Turns out that AOC was lying: She wasn't actually in the Capitol building at all. She was in another building like a half a mile away or so. No rioter ever entered that building.

Not that that has stopped AOC from still trying to spin the situation in some contrived way to make herself a victim. (I kid you not, to this day she's making claims about how she was, somehow, a victim of the riot and somehow threatened by it, even though she wasn't even near the place and no rioter came even close to the building she was in at that time.)

And, unsurprisingly, there are already what pretty much in essence amounts to conspiracy theory videos about it (not dissimilar to conspiracy theory videos about eg. the 9/11 attacks, or the Moon landings). And not made by some nobodies on the internet, but by major mainstream news networks (with all the resources that provides them).

The far left is continually pushing this narrative into the public consciousness. They are trying to make it true via sheer massive repetition. Newspaper articles, congressional hearings, conspiracy theory videos, propaganda at full blast... the whole shebang. And they are, rather obviously, doing this to gain power.

They might even succeed. Their narrative might well become one of the largest hoaxes ever successfully perpetrated. Fabricating an event that never actually happened (not in the way that they are describing it).

(I haven't even bothered to check Wikipedia's article (or even numerous articles, I'm sure) about it, but I don't think I even have to. Wikipedia will always parrot and amplify the far-leftist narratives and smearing campaigns, regardless of how true or false they may be. When it comes to leftist politics, Wikipedia doesn't care about facts, they only care about parroting and amplifying the leftist mainstream media. I'm certain that the Wikipedia article is extraordinarily and needlessly long, full of unnecessary irrelevant details, and absolutely stock full of smearing, distortions, fabrications and lies, piled on an enormous toxic heap. Like always when it comes to these leftist narratives.)
