Dear Japan.
Your government is betraying you, and is on a very fast path of destroying your society, your culture, your country. It's not yet too late to stop it, but you have to do it NOW. You cannot wait 10 or 20 years, just watching it happen, until it's too late to do anything.
Your government has either believed, or for one reason or another is actively pushing, the lie that diminishing birth rates are an impending catastrophe for the country, and that the only solution for this looming "disaster" is to import as many immigrants as possible into the country, mostly from poor countries. Millions and millions of immigrants.
Do not believe these lies. Falling birth rates might have some relatively minor effects on the economy of the country, if it continues for long enough, but these effects are nowhere near catastrophic, and are always temporary. Your country, like most other countries, has had significantly worse economic catastrophes many times in the past, and has always survived and thrived regardless. The economy going down, and perhaps experiencing slightly hard times, is a normal part of the history of a country, and it does not kill a country. I am not aware of a single country in the entire history of humanity that has been destroyed by low birth rates or poor economy caused by it. The entire concept that low birth rates is a looming catastrophe that requires immediate action to prevent it is nothing but a huge lie. Do not believe it.
Moreover, even if some measures were to be done to try to take preventive measures against a future economic crisis, importing millions of people from poor countries is absolutely not the correct solution for that. It only causes problems, and this has been seen again and again in European and other countries that have engaged in this policy of almost unrestricted mass immigration from poor countries.
Your country has a culture of honor, respect, duty, responsibility and hard work. Your country has a very long and rich cultural history that has shaped your people. Your country has extremely low crime rates and your streets are extremely safe. These immigrants from poor countries do not share these same cultural traditions and beliefs. They do not share your concepts of honor, selflessness and respect towards other people, they do not believe in taking responsibility, nor do they believe in hard work. They do not have a sense of being duty-bound to doing your assigned job to the best of your capabilities, nor to respect other people's work, property and well-being. They do not find it shameful to disrespect other people, or to live at the expense of other people.
Again and again the devastating effects of unrestricted mass immigration has been seen in many European countries. Small towns that used to be extremely safe (so safe that a young woman can literally walk alone down the streets of the town in the middle of the night with her purse full of cash without having to fear for her safety) become extremely unsafe and crime-ridden when they get flooded by massive amounts of immigrants (so much so that a woman cannot safely walk down the street even in bright daylight.)
And, most prominently, the economic effects that mass immigration has is invariably catastrophic, with the country being economically burdened by the sudden increase of welfare expenditures and law enforcement.
If you want a concrete example of this, look at Sweden. 30 years ago Sweden was pretty much in the same situation as Japan is (still) today: One of the safest, richest and most technologically advanced countries in the world, with essentially no poverty, no homelessness, no criminal gangs to speak of, and overall extremely low crime rates. Then Sweden started an absolute massive operation of importing millions of immigrants from poor countries, and today even leftist politicians and political commentators cannot deny the facts: The economy of Sweden is suffering, its education system is tanking, and the amount of crime and violence has skyrocketed. Sweden has the highest rate of gang killings in Europe, has the highest amounts of rape in Europe, and the second highest rate of bombings in the world in peace time (only second to Mexico), there are multitudes of "no-go zones" (where the police refuses to enter and uphold the law), and overall many parts of the country have become extremely unsafe.
This is the future that awaits you if your politicians are not stopped. Your culture will not be respected, your streets will become unsafe and littered, your crime rates will skyrocket. And, ironically, your economy will suffer. Instead of the mass immigration policies fixing your economy, it will only end up destroying it. Alongside your cultural heritage and your safety. If your politicians are not stopped, in 20 to 30 years (or perhaps even sooner) you will become the next Sweden.
You still have time to stop this from happening. Act now. You don't have much time left. Do not make the same mistakes as so many other countries have made. Do not let your government destroy your country and your culture.
