The real goal of "defund the police" in the US is revealing itself

For many years now, in many of the most far-leftist cities of the United States, there has been going on a social engineering campaign that on the surface seems to be completely insane. The two most prominent and significant measures of this campaign are to significantly defund the police forces, and to essentially decriminalize shoplifting.

Only a complete and absolute moron with an IQ lower than a plant wouldn't realize what it means if there is no law enforcement. It's not like there aren't past examples of this exact thing, so we know pretty well what happens to a society when there is no law enforcement.

If, on top of that, the city prosecutor openly and deliberately stops prosecuting shoplifting and theft, it's not hard to guess what's going to happen very quickly.

One prominent example of this is the city of Chicago, which has implemented both of these things in the past few years. Unsurprisingly, crime rates have skyrocketed there. Murders and gun violence are at an all-time high, and theft has become so common and so prevalent that most stores, including small ones as well as major retailers (such as Walmart and Whole Foods) have closed most of their shops in the city. At the time of writing this there are, in fact, now entire large suburbs of the city without a single open grocery store.

So, quite ironically, the measures that were allegedly put in place to "help" the poorest population of the city are now severely hurting these exact people. There are many suburbs that are pretty much in essence in a decrepit state not dissimilar to those of the poorest third-world countries. No shops, no stores, crime is rampant, and it's unsafe for everybody.

Of course this isn't surprising. And as much as one would be tempted to claim that the IQ of these far-leftists is indeed lower than that of a plant, the reality is that they actually know perfectly well what will happen, and why it's happening (even though, rather obviously, they vehemently deny any wrongdoing, or even that there's a problem).

Recently it was revealed what their hidden agenda behind all this actually was.

You see, Chicago officials have recently announced that they plan to open city-operated grocery stores in these areas that are currently deserted of private stores.

Now tell me what "government-owned government-run grocery stores and shops" sounds like.

Like, I don't know... a particular form of government that's not "capitalism" maybe?

Suddenly, their ultimate plan becomes significantly clearer.
