Is Donald Trump the least criminal millionaire in the world?

Some people have pointed out a rather curious thing about Donald Trump.

You see, extremely rich people, and people in positions of power, tend to have quite many skeletons in their closets. While not universal, it's pretty common for extremely rich and extremely powerful people, the people at the top, to bend the law a bit from time to time, to make some shady deals, to do things under the table, to evade their legal responsibility. There's always something.

Now, consider that Donald Trump has been investigated for crimes, any crimes, for the better part of six years now, by multiple giant press organizations absolutely set on finding any dirt on him, by the full power of the Democratic Party of the United States, and by the full power of federal law enforcement. Any crime, no matter how petty, no matter how inconsequential, no matter when it was made.

You can be god damn sure that if they had found anything, no matter how small, they would have blasted it full-on, front page news for weeks, news broadcasts speaking about nothing but that, the Democrats having a complete meltdown.

Donald Trump might perhaps be the most investigated person in the world and, perhaps, even the history of humanity. Not only by law enforcement but by an army of investigative journalists, and entire branches of the government.

Yet, despite their best efforts... nothing. Sure, he was accused of many crimes, but they never found any actual tangible evidence, something to prove it.

Given that they seem unable to pin any crime on him, that's rather astonishing. If he had committed any crime of any notoriety, surely they would have found it.

Donald Trump is either the most skilled person in the world to hide his crimes, or one of the most honest rich people in the world.

Not to disparage his intelligence, but I somehow doubt the former. Which only leaves the latter.

  1. Or Trump is befitting from a system that allows most of the super wealthy to operate with impunity. We are talking about a system that has given corporations [aka legal fictions] person hood. Corporations are people. Does that mean big corporations are adults and small corporations are children? When was the last time a US oligarch did time? I got here via your old blog with the impressive lists & tips on spotting bad arguments. It appears to me you don't follow your own advise. Imo, all you American politicos argue poorly. Politics is emotive & the limbic system drives that bus.

    1. And somehow the entire combined force of the investigative journalists of a dozen or so major media giants, the FBI and the Democratic Party, who extremely actively tried to find even the slightest of crimes to pin on him for like six years now non-stop, and would have jumped to any opportunity to publicize such crimes at full blast, have failed to do so.
