Why companies should NOT hire any "diversity officers" or the like

The far-leftist "feminist" "social justice" ideology, which started mostly in American universities in the early 2000's and earlier, and from there spread like a cancer to the entirety of society (because the vast majority of journalists, politicians, CEOs, and so on and so forth are university graduates and, thus, have been indoctrinated into the cult and trained for political activism), has successfully taken over the vast, vast majority of American society (as well as the society of many other western countries) and are no invading and taking over every single aspect of society they can. Anything that they can take hold of, they will, and this is very much their very explicit intent and purpose, and they are completely open about it. Their indoctrination and training of university students exists for the very purpose of invading and taking over every single aspect of society. They aren't even secretive about it, and will say so out loud. Their methods, techniques, ideas and principles may have changed over the years (oftentimes even switching their stances on things to the complete opposite in the span of just a few years, if it's more useful for their goals of gaining power and control), but the end goal has always remained the same: Take over everything, by whatever means necessary.

This, rather obviously, includes every single company, corporation and institution that exists. Every single one of them. None of them can be left alone.

Currently their most successful strategy and tactic in achieving this is to a) having engaged in an absolutely MASSIVE social engineering campaign about the importance of "inclusivity" and "diversity", and b) convincing corporations that they MUST engage in this form of discriminatory hiring and that their best way to do that is to hire tons of (what amounts to) "diversity officers".

Unfortunately, although unsurprisingly, more and more corporations are falling for this. Pretty much any corporation of any significant size (with perhaps the only exception of companies that are so small that they can't afford to hire even a secretary or an accountant, much less a "diversity officer") have been invaded by these people. If you work for a company in the United States or in almost any other western country, and this company has more than about 100 employees (and sometimes even not so much), chances are that there's some busybody in that company sending emails, organizing meetings and lecturing people in companywide events about how the company needs to engage more in "inclusivity" and all the other jazz, and complain how the company is discriminatory against women etc. etc. (which in most if not all western countries is highly illegal, yet these people for some strange reason never report such incidents to the police... Curious thing.)

The thing is, it would be much better for these companies to not hire such people.

This is because not only do these people not contribute anything at all to the primary purpose of a company existing (ie. make profit), but are in fact detrimental to that goal.

These people are leeches. In the vast, vast majority of cases these people do not know anything about the thing that the company does. For example, if it's a technology company, these people usually don't know anything about technology, engineering, or designing, developing or implementing whatever the company is doing. These are not tech people. They don't know anything about tech, nor can they contribute anything at all to what the company does.

Of course there are many (very necessary) positions in such companies that are not directly related to what the company does. There have to be accountants (to make sure all the financials of the company run smoothly and are done by the book), there have to be marketing people (to make a public image and to make sure the products actually reach a market and become known to the wider audience), there are secretaries doing and running all the bureaucracy and other similar tasks, there are janitors taking care of the building where the company operates, there might be security guards, there may be computer admins (who may not be involved in the thing the company does, but makes sure that the engineers have working computers and systems to be able to do their jobs), etc.

However, these leeches are none of those, nor do any of those jobs. The closest thing that they might nominally be is some kind of "secretary" or other similar position. However, that's not the reason why they are in the company, nor do they usually do anything useful in that position.

They are just that: Leeches. They get full-week salaries for literally not doing anything that would benefit the company. Nothing. In fact, many of these people don't even "work" (if you can call it that) full days at all. (There are many examples out there of companies firing such leeches because they just visit the company premises for a couple of hours before leaving, while still billing full days, and even more.)

And the thing is, it's actually even worse than that. Ironically, it would actually be better for these companies to pay those people to literally stay at home and do nothing than have them be in the company stirring up trouble.

Because that's exactly what they do. That's what they have been explicitly trained to do. To stir up trouble. They have been explicitly trained to look up for any "problems" they can complain about and boss people with, and even if they can't find any real problems they will just invent them.

And that's the actual problem: They stir up trouble, they cause division and animosity, they throw accusations around, they cause in-fighting within the company, they disturb the inner harmony of the company, they make people bicker with each other, they cause people to become intimidated and wary, they destroy camaraderie and cohesion, and they make the workplace a living hell. In the worst cases they may even have pretty much the freedom to fire any employee they want (either directly or by just sending an email to the bosses) and the liberally use that power against anybody who presents even the slightest of criticism and dissent. And, conversely, they also usually have the power to hire untalented incompetent people, so over time more and more of the workforce of the company will not have the necessary qualifications nor expertise to do their jobs efficiently.

So, in other words, these leeches are not only useless, they are in fact only detrimental to the company. They are troublemakers and they only make things worse.

That's why companies should NOT hire any of them. The company will work much better without them.

The sad (and scary) thing is, however, that the massive social engineering campaign that these people have engaged in during the past couple of decades has made too many CEOs either fully indoctrinated into the cult, and thus unwilling to fire these people, or too intimidated to do so.
